ANALYSIS

Our team was recently contacted to assist in providing structural support for several additions being made to a condominium on beautiful Gulf Shore Boulevard in Naples, Florida. We were ultimately contracted to support a proposed new patio deck, swimming pool, hardscapes, and stairs.

SOLUTION

Helical piles were recommended in order to provide the support required for the proposed structures at this beachfront property. Once contracted and the appropriate soil reports were conducted, our team mobilized and crafted a plan to strategically install helical piles utilizing our specialized equipment.

RESULT

Utilizing a 12×14 helical pile, our team went to work installing helicals. This configuration showed to perform superiorly to the original requested piles, and were slated for installation for the remainder of the project. In total, 189 helicals are to be installed to support the facilities new swimming pool area, accompanying deck, stairs, and hardscape areas. The level of support achieved from this installation should provide exemplary support for the newly constructed features for this stunning condominium, and serve its residents for years to come!
