Installation Process: What We Did

  • Site assessment & soil engineering—design pile locations with structural loads.
  • Commence soil penetration using lead sections — RS2875.217 (10” ×12”×14”, 84″ L)
  • Extensions installed — 84″ galvanized rounds to reach competent soils
  • Torque monitoring — ensured each pile achieved target design values
  • Termination capping — installed corrosion-resistant caps
  • Inspection & verification — confirmed alignment, depth, and load values

 

All this with minimal disruption to the homeowner’s property and neighbor access.
