ANALYSIS

When a need arose to establish a stable foundation for a customer’s boat house arose in Naples Florida, Seaside Custom Builders contacted Coastal Foundation Solutions. We reviewed the needs of the project with the contractor who ultimately decided to hire our company to help establish a proper foundation in which to build upon.

SOLUTION

The project’s unique area constraints warranted a need for our services and specialty equipment. Island piling was initially brought in to install concrete pilings, but due to the close proximity to the new seawall, helicals were required to properly structure a support system. Our team provided and installed thirteen (13) helical piles with a compression capacity of 20 tons.

RESULT

Within a matter of days, our team mobilized and provided a solution to the foundation support issues presented by the project’s contractor. Our extensive experience and specialized equipment allowed us to provide the foundation support needed on this project, without disturbing surrounding areas or adjacent homes.
