HELICAL INSTALLATION FOR HOME RENOVATION
EXPERT HELICAL INSTALLATION FOR PROPERTY ON FORT MYERS BEACH
PROJECT INFORMATION
Our team was recently contracted to serve the needs of a contractor in Fort Myers Florida. The project entailed a need for a support structure for a home renovation. Unfortunately the structure had experienced damage when a vehicle drove into the house which resulted in foundation damage.
ANALYSIS
Coastal Foundation Solutions consulted with the project manager and presented a solution to their foundation stabilization problems. Helical piles would be used to help establish proper load support for new construction to take place.
SOLUTION
Once approved, our foundation repair team went to work. New helical pilings were installed to a depth of 14 foot with a pile capacity of 24.5 tons. Once installed the contractor poured a concrete pad for the recently installed pilings to begin renovations on the affected home.
RESULT
With an immense load support, helical piles were selected for use on this project. Our team was able to use minimal equipment to install the piles, while keeping site disruption to a minimum throughout installation.
