HELICAL PULLDOWN EXPERTS
FOR HIGHER LOAD APPLICATIONS
HELICAL MICRO PULLDOWN PILES
Helical Pulldown piling is a technique for structuring a grout column around the shaft of a structural pile. The concrete column usually is 5 to 8 inches in diameter and the void is continuously filled with Cementous grout. A Helical Pulldown Micropile can provide a supplementary 50-100% capacity when compared to an un-grouted helical pier in the same soil conditions.
SYSTEM BENEFITS
MICRO PULLDOWN INSTALLATION
Our Helical Pulldown piles increase lateral loading in poor soil conditions and add a frictional component to end-bearing capacities. They are applied to high-capacity foundations in soft soils, where support on a slender steel shaft is a potential problem.
