ANALYSIS

Our team was recently contracted to aid in creating a proper support structure for an exterior remodel of a pool deck at the Solamar Condominium community, in Naples Florida. This luxury beachfront condominium building resides in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in all of Naples. Boasting 20 stories and 107 unites, Solamar is a beautiful facility regarded for its upscale amenities.

SOLUTION

When the need arose for the communities pool area to undergo remodeling, proper stabilization for the pool area decking was discussed. With immense experience working in Naples Florida’s poor soil conditions, Coastal Foundation Solutions developed a plan to properly support the upcoming pool deck. We determined strategically placed helical pilings would accomplish this task efficiently and cost effectively, while also minimizing disruption to the condo’s residents and guests.

RESULT

Once the project was approved, our team went to work installing 11 helical piles. Using our state of the art equipment, we were able to work in an extremely small area while installing the helicals. The newly installed New Foundation helical piles were installed according to specifications, and only four piles were installed past the proposed 14-foot depth to obtain proper torque readings.
