PROJECT INFORMATION
ANALYSIS
We recently had the pleasure of working with Aqua Dog Pools and the Knaak Design Group to provide foundational stabilization for a new construction swimming pool project in Marco Island. The proposed custom swimming pool required exemplary stabilization, and our company was contacted to carry out the work.
SOLUTION
Utilizing helical piles to provide the required foundation support for the project, our team was slated to mobilize and install the piles with no prior soil test at the site. With close proximity to home, we estimated a quick turnaround for this project, which was kindly received by the contractors involved.
RESULT
We arrived on-site and installed twenty-three (23) helical piles along with 18 additional extensions to reach an 18-ton working capacity. Using our specialized equipment we were able to complete this work within a short amount of time, without any disruption to the adjacent home or construction site. Once all of the piles were installed, our team returned to the site on another day to cut and cap the helicals with galvanized termination caps.
